What you will need:

• 1 white candle

• a piece of paper

• something to write with

Cast your circle large enough for you, the candle and paper.

Light the candle

Place it in front of yourself

Write on the paper what you want protection from

Use only bullet points or sentence fragments. Then write on top of the words you have written down "And let it fall before my weakness"Fold the paper up until you can carry it around on you at all times.
